We are available daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
After 22:00, we are available for emergencies at +41 77 265 34 81.
We do not have our own parking spaces.
The nearest option is the Opéra Parking Garage right next to the hotel (approx. CHF 47/day).
Alternatively, the Utoquai Parking Garage is available three blocks away (approx. CHF 37/day).
With a bit of luck, you may find a white street parking zone:
Parking is free from 8:00 PM–9:00 AM and all day on Sunday.
Outside these times, parking is chargeable for a maximum of 2 hours
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Your room is guaranteed to be available from this time. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and already use all hotel facilities.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
If you wish for a later departure, we will gladly check the availability of a late check-out. Even after check-out, you can have your luggage safely stored with us.
For bookings made through third-party websites, it is mandatory to present a physical credit or debit card at check-in. This applies regardless of whether the stay has been paid for in advance or not. The card is solely used to guarantee any additional services during the stay.
Unfortunately, our hotel is a listed building and is therefore protected by the state. For this reason, the installation of air conditioning in the rooms is not possible.
For the comfort of our guests, however, the entire building is equipped with a ventilation system, and we also provide fans.
